The one-day event gives customers the actual brand experience, and the event’s social media website gives the customers the knowledge and information about your products and/ or services all year round.

You have many opportunities to make promotional announcements on the Ethnicbeautyfair.com reserved section, e-newsletter and social media, and direct traffic to your company’s site. Plus, for one week, during the year, your business will be featured on the event’s home page.
Submit your videos, audios, or photos, interviews, articles or press releases for maximum impact!
Event Day Coverage:
• 10’ x 10’ Space dividers, 3’ tall drapes on the sides and 8’ tall drape backdrops)
• Sign with Company Name
• Carpeted Flooring
• Cleaning including garbage collection
• Security throughout the show, including during the set-up and breakdown periods
• Company listed and it includes a 50-word description in the show guide
• Allow 3 members in your company to attend your booth, $50 fee for additional staffs at the booth.
• Perform a presentation on the main stage. Given at first come, first serve in the limited time available.
Opportunity to run your business at the show – water access, electricity, furniture, telephone or internet connections are available. Extra cost may apply, please consult event organizer for more details.

**Promotional contest – Exhibitors that would like to participate in the event’s pre-show marketing and promotional contest should contact the Event Director for more information. **
CALL FOR SPEAKERS
If you would like to give a presentation during the show, contact the event organizer. Your presentation must be related to the personal care industry. We are providing the opportunity for speakers to engage the audience with live demonstrations, interactive sessions and much more for up to one hour. Speakers are not reimbursed for any expenses for attending the show. Speakers will have to pay a $500 fee, which includes the ability to hand out flyers and a recognition in the show guide.
